Do I need an account to view charts?

You need a free account to unlock any premium chart. Browsing titles and previews is open to everyone, but unlocking full data requires logging in.

What do I get when I sign up?

New members receive 3 free premium charts to view at no cost, in addition to the option to purchase individual charts afterward.

Is sign-up free?

Yes. Creating an account is free. You only pay when you choose to unlock a specific chart beyond your free allowance.

Buying a Single Chart

How does the pay-per-chart model work?

Each chart or insight is priced individually and on its own page under "Unlock this statistic". You pay only for that one chart; there is no requirement to buy a subscription, bundle, or full report.

How much does a chart cost?

Pricing is shown per chart on its page (for example, $8.99) and can vary by chart. Check the Unlock this statistic panel on the chart you want for the exact price.

Can I use my 3 free views instead of paying?

Yes. If you still have free views remaining from your welcome allowance, you can unlock a chart without payment. Once your free views are used, further charts are purchased individually.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is completed securely during the unlock/checkout flow after you log in. If you don't see a payment option you need, contact the support team for assistance.

Can I buy more than one chart at a time?

Each purchase applies to the individual chart page you are viewing. To unlock additional charts, repeat the unlock process on each chart's page.

Downloads File Formats

What formats can I download a chart in?

Once unlocked, you can download the chart as PDF, XLS (underlying data), PNG (image), or PPT (PowerPoint slide).

Can I re-download a chart I already purchased?

Yes. Charts you've unlocked remain linked to your account, so you can log in and re-download them at any time.

Can I share or redistribute a purchased chart?

Purchases are intended for your own use and internal business/research purposes. Refer to the Terms and Conditions on the website for full usage rights, or contact the team if you need clarification for your specific use case.

Data & Content

Where does the data come from?

Charts are sourced from TGM Research's own studies, including online surveys, and include details such as country, survey type, respondent count, and year published on each chart page.

What is the AI-generated summary on each chart page?

Each chart includes an automatically generated key takeaways summary to help you understand it at a glance. It's an overview only; the unlocked chart and underlying data provide the complete picture.

Can I request a custom chart or a full research report?

Yes. Use the Request Market Research Service link on the website to reach TGM Research's team for custom or bespoke research beyond the StatBox library.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with a purchase or download?

What if a chart doesn't unlock after I pay?

Refresh the chart page once logged in. If it still shows as locked, contact contact.statbox@tgmresearch.com with your account email and the chart link so the team can assist.

Refund

Do you offer refunds on chart purchases?

No. All chart and insight purchases on TGM StatBox are final and non-refundable. Because each unlock grants immediate access to the full data and download files, we're unable to reverse or refund a purchase once it's been completed.

What if I unlock the wrong chart by mistake?

Please review the chart's title, country, and preview details carefully before unlocking, as purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different chart. If you believe there was a technical error (e.g., you were charged but the chart never unlocked), contact contact.statbox@tgmresearch.com and the team will investigate.
