Purchasing and downloading individual charts & insights — a step-by-step guide

1. What is TGM StatBox

TGM StatBox (tgmstatbox.com) is TGM Research's online statistics and market research library. It gives you instant access to consumer insight charts covering topics such as e-commerce, travel, pet care, gambling, sustainability, food delivery, and cryptocurrency across 40+ countries.

The platform now lets you buy a single chart or insight at a time, instead of requiring a subscription or full report purchase. This guide walks you through creating an account, finding a chart, and purchasing and downloading it.

2. Creating Your Free Account

1. Go to tgmstatbox.com.
2. Click Sign up in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Enter your details and confirm your email address.
4. Once verified, log in using the Log in button.

3. Finding a Chart or Insight

You can locate the specific chart you need in several ways:

• Topics — browse curated subject areas (e.g. Pet Care, Travel Behavior, E-commerce) from the top navigation menu.
• Stats — browse the full library of individual data visualizations.
• Reports — browse multi-chart report bundles by country or topic.
• Search — use the search icon in the top navigation to search by keyword, country, or topic.

Each chart page shows a title, a blurred preview image, the data source, country, survey type, number of respondents, and the year published, along with a short AI-powered key-takeaways summary.

4. Purchasing a Single Chart

1. Open the chart page for the insight you want.
2. Look for the Unlock this statistic panel. It displays the price for that individual chart (for example, $8.99).
3. If you are not logged in, click Log in to unlock, or Sign up free if you don't yet have an account.
4. Once logged in, confirm the purchase for that single chart. You are billed only for the one chart or insight you selected — there is no obligation to buy a subscription or a full report.
5. After payment is confirmed, the chart unlocks immediately on the same page.

5. Downloading Your Chart

Once a chart is unlocked, the Download section on the chart page becomes active. You can export the chart in the following formats:

• PDF — for print and sharing
• XLS — the underlying data in spreadsheet format
• PNG — image file for presentations and documents
• PPT — ready-to-use PowerPoint slide

Click the format you need to download it directly to your device.

6. Managing Your Purchases

All charts you have unlocked (whether via free views or paid purchase) remain accessible from your account. Log in at any time to revisit and re-download previously purchased charts.
